Master’s Thesis of Danielle R. Jordan, B.S., NCAA Division I athlete

Spring 2021

Sport performance and resiliency to training stress is supported by resiliency of gear and equipment. This project is a pilot project to move the ecleelab in a new direction, driven by Danielle Jordan. We aim to elucidate the time course of running shoe deterioration over 400 miles of use among elite-level runners. We are measuring biomechanical and physiological performance to identify individual and average patterns of changes associated with quantified shoe deterioration.

We are currently recruiting for participants, so please contact us if interested.
